This is a challenging but exciting workout class designed to push you, in a good way, while incorporating full body movements that are adjustable based on your own fitness level. All of this will be done OUTSIDE using a combination of circuits and intervals to make sure you feel the burn! Many modifications will be provided for those who need to adjust the difficulty of a given movement. This is a great option for people new to the bootcamp or exercising in general in an up tempo setting. Progressions and regressions for movements will be provided as needed per individual.
