This option is perfect for groups of all types and all levels of exercise experience: friends, family, coworkers, sports teams etc. With our small group offerings we incorporate all of our fundamentals with fun and challenging exercise selections, usually but not limited to circuit/interval type structures.  The unique programs we design will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health!

Strength based HIIT: 30 minutes: $15/person ;45 minutes $20/person
*minimum of 3 people

Athletic Strength and Conditioning: 45 minutes $25/person; 60 minutes $30/person
*minimum of 3 people
