Countless amounts of documented research have demonstrated just how important physical exercise is, especially strength and conditioning training,  in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle and prevent injury.

At TRUITT FITNESS we provide professionally certified experience with programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. We work with each client to custom design an exercise plan that reflects their short and long-term goals.

From general and specialized strength and conditioning improvements to individualized emphasis on mobility and movement patterns we have everything needed to take the next step in your journey, no matter your level of experience!

The posterior Chain is a gym originally owned and operated by Buck Truitt, personal trainer. After being diagnosed with Diabetes and pancreatitis Buck took his own health extremely seriously. He began exercising frequently, being mindful of dietary choices and immersing himself in the world of health and wellness. He quickly found a passion for strength and weight training and eventually became certified as a personal trainer and opened up his own gym, The Posterior Chain.


The posterior chain is a small, private sized gym designed for one on one and small group training. We specialize in teaching and improving essential strength training and conditioning techniques that always lead to an improvement in mobility, flexibility, athletic performance and nutrition, lean body mass, fat loss, increased muscle mass, improved functional strength, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. The gym is located in the heart of Yellow Springs, Ohio, just a couple minutes walking from the downtown area and community center.

At the posterior chain Kyle is carrying on the bad ass legacy left by his father Buck. This legacy includes a passion for helping people change their lives for the better through knowledgeable and thorough training designed to reach any specific goal one may have!
